CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor the time reserved exclusively for each client, the following cancellation policy is in place: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. The card on file will be charged accordingly. If the payment is declined or a dispute is initiated, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
